5.1 How Long We Keep Your Data

Deleted Content: User-deleted content (videos, comments) is permanently removed within 30 days
Closed Accounts: Account data is deleted within 90 days after account closure

5.2 Backup Retention
Data in our backup systems may persist for up to 90 days after deletion. However, this data
is not accessible during normal operations and will be permanently deleted according to our
backup retention schedule.

7. Account and Data Deletion
7.1 In-App Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from within the App:

Navigate to Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including videos, comments, profile information, and interaction history will be permanently deleted.
7.2 Web-Based Account Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request account deletion via email:

The email address associated with your account
Your display name (if you remember it)
Any additional information to help us verify your identity
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification.
7.3 What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:
Your profile information (name, email, bio, profile picture)
All videos you have uploaded
All comments you have posted
Your likes, saves, and viewing history
Your follower and following relationships
All notification preferences and history
Any other personal data associated with your account
7.4 Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain data even after account deletion in the following circumstances:
Legal Obligations: Data required to be retained by law or regulation
Fraud Prevention: Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
Dispute Resolution: Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes or legal claims
Backup Systems: Data in backup systems for up to 90 days (not accessible during normal operations)

7.5 Deletion Timeline
Immediate: Your account is deactivated and no longer accessible
Within 30 days: Your data is permanently deleted from active systems
Within 90 days: Your data is permanently deleted from backup systems
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has

delete that information as quickly as possible.

Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
Content that facilitates or promotes child exploitation or abuse
Content depicting or encouraging harmful activities involving children
Predatory behavior or grooming of minors
9.3 Detection and Enforcement
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent harmful content:
Automated content screening and detection systems
User reporting mechanisms within the app
Manual review by trained content moderators
Regular audits of uploaded content
Collaboration with law enforcement and child safety organizations
9.4 Reporting CSAM
If we become aware of child sexual abuse material on our platform, we will take immediate action, including:
Immediately removing the content
Permanently banning the user account
Reporting the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
Preserving relevant evidence for law enforcement investigations
Cooperating fully with law enforcement authorities
9.5 How to Report Concerning Content

Tap the three dots (•••) menu on any video or comment
Select "Report"
Choose the appropriate reason (including "Child Safety Concern")
All reports are reviewed promptly. Reports involving potential child exploitation or abuse are prioritized
and reviewed immediately by our safety team.
9.6 Child Safety Point of Contact
For matters related to child safety, CSAM enforcement, or to report concerns about potential child exploitation,

Reports are reviewed immediately upon receipt. Critical safety issues receive priority handling.
9.7 Emergency Situations

Report to local law enforcement
9.8 User Responsibility
All users of the App must:
Not upload, share, or distribute any content that exploits or endangers children
Report any suspicious content or behavior immediately
Comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety

Violations of our child safety standards will result in immediate account termination and
reporting to appropriate authorities.
10. International Users
If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information
may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our
service providers operate.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your
country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.
10.1 EU-US Data Transfers
We ensure that data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) to the United States comply
with applicable data protection laws and regulations through appropriate safeguards such as
Standard Contractual Clauses.
