5.2 Backup Retention

Data in our backup systems may persist for up to 90 days after deletion. However, this data is not accessible during normal operations and will be permanently deleted according to our backup retention schedule.

7. Account and Data Deletion

7.1 In-App Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from within the App:

  1. Open the AI Platform app
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including videos, comments, profile information, and interaction history will be permanently deleted.

7.2 Web-Based Account Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request account deletion via email:

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification.

7.3 What Gets Deleted

  • Within 90 days: Your data is permanently deleted from backup systems

9.4 Reporting CSAM
